Step 1: Create a new feed

From VIBE dashboard, click on Instagram feed > Add Instagram feed.

Step 2: Complete Instagram feed settings

2.1 Put a title

Name each feed and use different names for each to tell them apart as you may make more feeds.

2.2 Set a status

To use a feed right away, set its status as active. Otherwise, you need to set it as a draft to save the feed details. Active: The user can choose the source of the feed for the app's block and display the feed on store pages Draft: The user can still select it as a source for the app block. However, the feed won't be shown on store pages that rely on it. Note: If you go over your pricing plan's feed limit, you won't be able to set feeds to active status.

2.3 Feed ID

A feed ID will be generated when saving the feed. It will be required to install the feed on OS 2.0 themes.

2.4 Select the Post source

What happens if I transfer from a development to a paid store?

All Instagram feeds that were previously created will still be shown in your storefront.

When you switch a development store to a paid plan, you need to choose a plan below before using any app features.

Remember that you can only select the lowest plan that can match the settings stores previously used in that plan. If you want to upgrade to a disabled plan, then you need to approve the charge, then go to the VIBE app to adjust the settings for that plan, then you can change the plan. Note: All Instagram feeds are still displayed during the “Select plan” process.

Why my new Instagram posts not show on the storefront?

There are some reasons your new post on Instagram not showing in the feed:

Your account access has been expired or removed
The auto-sync feature is disabled
Not met the auto-update schedule (it's not time for posts to be synced according to the automatic schedule)

1. Your account access has been expired or removed

If you receive these messages on the Dashboard or Feed settings meaning that there's a connection issue with your Instagram account. You can check the status by heading over to Preferences > Instagram connections

Account expired

According to Instagram's regulations, the account access will expire after 60 days and may affect non-public content, but old posts in public status that are being exploited will still be displayed normally, except for non-public content and new posts.

You will need to hit Refresh to update the status

Account removed

When the user removes VIBE from the list of Business Integrations/Apps from Instagram, this message will appear, the feeds using this source with public data are still displayed normally according to Instagram's policy, except for non-public content and new posts.
