To see Conversation history, click on the clock-shaped icon on the top right side of the chat box, and select the conversation you want to read.

To suggest product ideas, TailorKit Assistant will ask you through 7 questions to select:

Target audience
Type of product
Design style
Emotion or Message
Color Scheme
Text/ Slogan and font style (if have)

Afterwards, you will receive personalized design idea containing detailed suggestions and examples about: layout, color palette, graphics & illustrations, typography, print & material. You can keep chatting for any adjustments or further ideas based on the suggested design concept.

Designing background image

To design background image, TailorKit Assistant will ask you through 7 questions to select:

Theme of your background
Type of product
Product placement
Design style
Emotion or Message
Color palette
Special effect

You'll receive a detailed description of the background image you selected, along with a generated image. The image may expire; make sure download and upload it to Sh

Why Your New Post Is Not Showing in the Feed?

There are several reasons why your new Instagram post may not appear in the feed:

Your Account Access Has Expired or Been Removed If you see specific messages on your Dashboard or Feed settings, it indicates a connection issue with your Instagram account.
Not updating data in Feed Listing Feed Since the VIBE app transitioned to a free version, the option for auto-update status is no longer available.

How To Fix the Issue?

1. Check Account Access

Check your account status by going to Preferences > Instagram connections. If your account has expired, you will need to hit Refresh to update the status.

Account Expired

According to Facebook regulations, account access expires after 90 days, affecting non-public content. However, old posts that are public will still display normally, except for new and non-public content.

About VIBE Instagram Popup Settings

In the Instagram pop-ups settings, you can configure the pop-ups that appear when clicking on a post in the Instagram feed.

There are two elements that you can customize:

Post details
Product Quickview

To customize each element, click on the “Edit” button located to the right of the respective element's name.

Post Details Pop-Up

To activate the Post Details feature, make sure to set your Instagram feed click action to 'Open Post Pop-Up' – this will trigger the feature automatically.

In the Post Details settings, you can customize the information displayed in the pop-up, which appears when you hover over Instagram feed media or click on a product list and caption.

You can choose to show or hide:

Post captions: The caption of the feed that shows on the popup.
Products: The products section only appears in posts with tagged products.

Note that VIBE logo watermark cannot be hidden.

If you choose to show products, there are more options for you to select:

Hotspots
Product List

You can also change the Corner radius for the Product image on the list if you choose to show products.

In the Post details Pop-up, you can choose the Content color and background color for the feed.

How To Manage Subscriptions in Admin Portal

Step 1: Access Subscriptions

From the QuickSub dashboard, click on “Subscriptions” on the left menu bar to access Subscriptions. You can see all subscriptions here.

Step 2: View All Subscriptions

After accessing the Subscriptions, you can view all subscribed customers with active or canceled subscriptions.
