We offer a simple Pay-as-you-grow pricing model tailored to support every stage of your business growth. Below is an outline of how our pricing works:

How You Get Charged By OneTick

Your monthly charge is based on the total attributed sales within a 30-day billing cycle. Attributed sales reflect the additional revenue generated through OneTick’s features.

Usage Charge

The pricing plan starts at $4.99/month for the first $200 in attributed sales. Charges are calculated at the end of each billing cycle as follows: https://ecomate.co/pages/pricing

Note: The attributed sales amount resets to $0 at the start of each billing cycle.

Maximum Capped Amount

If your attributed sales exceed $100,000, the maximum charge per billing cycle is capped at $400. For example, if your attributed sales total $150,000, you will only be charged $400.

Total Cost Of Using OneTick

For every billing cycle, the total cost depends on your attributed sales. To explore OneTick’s full potential, we offer a 30-day free trial with no charges. During this period, you can utilize all features without financial commitment. After the trial ends, billing starts at $4.99/month based on the tiers outlined above.

How To Check Your OneTick Billing

To view your current billing cycle or plan details, navigate to Dashboard > Preferences > Billing.

Important Notes

Transition to New Pricing: The new pricing plan applies only if you uninstall and reinstall OneTick after January 22, 2025.

Users Who Installed Before January 22, 2025: You will remain on the old pricing plan unless you uninstall and reinstall OneTick.

For Development Stores: Transferring from a Development store to a paid store will result in joining the new pricing plan. All active checkboxes and product offers will still be visible on their store, but you cannot access and edit them unless you subscribe to our pricing plan.

For new users: Upon installation, you will receive a 30-day free trial. To activate it, click "Start your 30-day free trial" after completing onboarding.

Your billing section will reflect the trial period.

After the trial, the charges will follow the pricing tiers outlined above.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I be charged if I don’t reach $200 in attributed sales after my free trial?

You won’t be charged during the 30-day free trial. After the trial, if your attributed sales range from $0 to $200, you will be charged $4.99/month.

How can I track my billing for OneTick?

You can view your attributed sales and billing details under Dashboard > Preferences > Billing.
